Lighthouse Small Business Solutions was founded by Larry Johns and his son Robbie in 2008 when they saw small businesses in their community struggling to stay afloat and wanted to rescue them from capsizing.

With over 40 years of management experience in a wide range of industries, from retail to medical research, Larry and Robbie helped aid these businesses to achieve success. Lighthouse's greatest pleasure is seeing businesses survive and thrive through the turbulent sea of business.
However, as these businesses grew, so did their need for more complex solutions and in-depth analysis. To meet these growing needs, Lighthouse Management Services, Inc. was born with the goal of providing accurate Financial Analytics, In-depth Consulting, Comprehensive Training and Professional Management Services. With the provision of these more advanced services, Lighthouse Management Services aims to ensure businesses continue to navigate towards the shores of success.

Larry Johns has over 20 years of small business ownership experience. Larry is a QuickBooks certified ProAdvisor and certified Executive Analyst. He has extensive knowledge in business and is an expert consultant. Larry has worked with a diverse range of small businesses, from start-up to succession planning to closure.
ROBBIE JOHNS
Vice President
Co-Founder and Partner for Lighthouse Small Business Solutions. Robbie has great interpersonal skills and has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Robbie is experienced in Sales Training and Business Management.
ASHLEY JOHNS
Bookkeeping Specialist
Ashley is our senior bookkeeping specialist. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter and a devoted wife, friend and employee. Ashley has been with Lighthouse since 2014 and is dedicated to helping our clients.
SETH JOHNS
Payroll Specialist
Seth Johns has a Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing and is our Payroll Specialist and works one-on-one with clients. Seth is studious, detail oriented and meticulous.
LEESA JENKINS
Office Manager
Leesa is a well-organized administrative professional bringing excellent multitasking abilities. She has over 15 years of office management experience. Leesa is in school for a bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Bookkeeper
Stacy is an experienced, capable and dedicated bookkeeper. She is meticulous, detailed and gets the job done. She is a devoted wife, mother and wonderful addition to the Lighthouse family.
